Beecroft Interior Design Project
Heritage Meets Hampton Style
This Beecroft home, a circa 1907 weatherboard cottage, was rich in history and character. The design brief was to respect its heritage while introducing light, functionality, and a sense of modern comfort. Our renovation transformed the kitchen, main bathroom, and ensuite, creating a cohesive Hampton-inspired interior that feels timeless, elegant, and practical for everyday family living.
Hampton Kitchen
The original kitchen had grown tired, but its period aesthetic provided the perfect foundation for a bright and functional Hampton-style design. By blending classic detailing with modern practicality, the new kitchen celebrates the charm of the home’s heritage while delivering the efficiency needed for a busy household.
Key features:
- Shaker-style doors with v-grooved panels
- Bakelite door handles for authentic heritage character
- Pressed metal splashback as a nod to period design
- Fluted glass wall cabinets for decorative storage
- Classic butler’s sink and pendant lighting
- Smart storage solutions and work zones for everyday functionality
This classic kitchen renovation set the foundations for the adjoining main bathroom and ensuite renovations.
